Appearance: She has long black hair that goes to her waist, her eyes are dark purple. She wears a brown shirt with black shorts. She doesn't have furry ears and they aren't that big, her boots go almost up to her knees, she has a neck less around her neck with a cross on it. Her skin is white if she goes in the sunlight, its pale in the darkness. Her eyes changed to black when she feds, her fangs changed big when about to fed else they look like normal teeth. She has long fingue nails, that have a black tip on the edge of her nail. (Where its normally white its black instead)
Personality: She likes being by herself, she isn't loyal to anyone not even the vampires her own kind. She wears the cross neck less not showing she hates vampires she just won't join them, she hates annoying people, if you get her mad she'll throw something at you or worse. She always thinks before she acts and doesn't lie about anything, she keeps her word to it. She becomes a different person when she gets a bad temper, she will do anything to hurt you until she calms down, she threws daggers at you or she fights you when you get in her reach. Rukia is a good fighter with both weapons and her body strength, she can go head on with someone holding a weapon and most likey not get hit but sometimes she does, but she is fast when moving. She doesn'r fear death, she used to care for live but not to much anymore, she lost everything she once cared about.

History: She was born in England, her mother died after giving birth to her, both parents where vampires. Her father took her away from England after having some problems with other vampires, he didn't wish to join them and hoped his daughter Starlight wouldn't either, after a few years of hard trainning Starlight went out for a human, she was in the dark alley at the time, two vampires came up to her, first they let her feed, but once she was done they took her to her home, where her father was badly hurt, there were shouts of you will join us or die.
Her father asked for his daughter, they let her go to him and he replied, " Go with them if you wish but here is my gift to you." He handed her a cross and put it in her hands, Starlight felt it burn but didn't cry, her father died in her arms, she turned to face them, "I'll join." she said to them very angry, once they were outside, she started to run away from them. They chashed after her calling her by her name, "Starlight, you will join or have the same fate as your father."
Starlight didn't care what they said, she would never join them. She ran faster panting hard but not stopping, They couldn't keep up with her, she knew this, she was very fast for a vampire. She wanted to stop but she didn't, she couldn't stop, not with them following. She called back to them, "No, i'll never join." It was not only because they killed her father but also because they were making her choice to join or die. Starlight hated to think of her father's death, she opened her hand and put the neck less around her neck, letting it burn her skin, I'll never join them, never not after what they did, Starlight told herself as she stopped running, she turned around to face them.
Only four came towards her then stopped, Starlight the teen of age fifteen, watched them closely, she would fight for her father, she would kill them or die trying, Starlight ran at them, kicking one in the face, not knowing it was a fight they pulled her away from the one she was kicking, she pulled one arm free and punch the one of her right in the nose, then the one of her left in the neck, breaking it so he couldn't breath. She grabbed the one, who was now holding his nose, she tighten her grib choking him with her right hand, now only two stood there.
She ran at the first one again and kicked him in the jaw then she kicked the other in the stomach, "For the murder of my father." She stepped on the guy's neck, who she kicked in the jaw, breaking his neck, she then jumped on the last guy pinning him to the ground, "You should of left us alone." She but both hands on his neck and turned it breaking his neck, once she was down she got up and fled, she was going to leave England, travel being by herself, she was always going to be a loner, never joinning a clan.
RPG Sample: Starlight walked forward into the next city, she hoped she would not run into anyone, she just wanted to be alone, always from everyone, Starlight had no friends, she talked to no one, those who she walked past who were annoying, she told to shut up and walked on, not caring about their next comment to her. Starlight hid her neck less under her shirt to keep others from seeing it, not that it was a problem for humans to see it, when they did the first thing the human would say is, Oh look a vampire hunter. Starlight didn't care to much about it though, as long as they didn't go after her all was good, she didn't care about other vampires after her father's death.
She stopped in a bar, to get some wine, the color red was her favorite color, since it was the same color as blood, which she also liked, but she didn't go out of her way to help some for fun, she only drank what she needed to live, she didn't get if they were drunk either, blood was still the same, since she had wine to much, and was used to having something else in her blood. She walked to the booth at the counter, "Wine." She said to him, as she saw him go she put her hands on the counter. She felt like getting drunk over wine, maybe a human later but righth now, wine was on her mind.
She saw the waiter come back with her wine, she drank it down fast, "More, like five glasses." She saw him walk away getting her more wine, it seemed like forever by the time he came back with it, your sure are slow, Starlight though to herself as she picked one of the glasses up and drank it down, she then picked the second glass up drinking it down, the taste was so good, not as good as blood but almost as good, it was the second thing Starlight loved. She saw him glare at her then he walked away.
Starlight didn't say a word just rolled her eyes, then she finished the drink, picking the next glass up, once she was finished with it, she looked at the last glass, she wanted to drink it but now the thirst came to her, she picked it up drinking it fast, then she set it down staring at ythe emepty glasses, she called the waiter over and gave him the money, she then got up and left the bar, she saw a young man walking by himself, she walked up to him, "You look lonely, may i join you?" She asked and then smiled as he said yes, when they were alone she hugged him then acted like she would kiss him, but before he could pull away she bit down on his neck. She drank his blood till he had no more, once done she dropped him on the ground and walked away whipping the blood off of her face.
